Would recommend for a short layover

Clean room, friendly staff, the hotel offers a great fitness centre and indoor swimming pool for relaxation after a long day, and it's conveniently located near Will Rogers World Airport for easy access.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were highly disappointed because the indoor pool was freezing and the hot tub didn't exist, despite the pictures on the hotel website. The bathroom was outdated, with cracking tile and poor caulking that seemed like a child could do better. Throughout the night, the noise from adjacent rooms kept us awake, and the smell in our room was unbearable, adding to our unfortunate experience.

Lighting in the kitchen area needs attention!!! Pool temperature should be warmer, hot tub should exist as advertised!!! Bathroom tiles feel outdated. caulking could use a professional touch, noise from adjacent rooms can be disruptive!!!

absolutely dreadful experience, the pool was beyond freezing and there was no hot tub! what a tease, and don’t even get me started on the bathroom, it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s, I honestly expected complimentary treats for what I paid, but I guess those are just reserved for the favored guests, right?

I enjoyed my stay at the King Suite with Sofa Bed. The large room featured soft carpet and ample lighting, a pleasure after my explorations. Although the shower pressure could improve, the friendly desk clerk made check-in a breeze. I would return for the spaciousness alone.

Enjoyed our stay! The clean, spacious room with two queen beds was perfect for our family. The hotel's location made it easy to access shopping and dining options right across the street. A few trash items outside detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience, but the comfortable accommodations made up for it.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered many tasty options, and I loved that it was consistently hot. Parking was convenient without any hassle. I also liked the spaciousness of the room, which had a cozy sitting area with a mini fridge and microwave. However, I was let down by the indoor pool situation. It was too cold to enjoy, and the advertised hot tub wasn't there at all. The bathroom did show signs of age, especially the tile which looked like it needed replacing. I expected more given the price I paid, especially since the amenities were a key reason for my stay. Overall, there were high points, yet some practical issues need addressing for a complete experience.
